itz Jewellery is an online retailer of costume fashion jewellery based in West Yorkshire in the United Kingdom.

By purchasing from this store you are agreeing to the terms set out below.

You agree to provide ITZ JEWELLERY with the correct information required to process your order.

PAYMENT

All payments are processed through Paypal and the customer is protected under Paypals Buyer Protection Policy.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer free shipping in the United Kingdom, for European countries and Ireland the shipping cost is £3 and all other areas of the world we ship to the shipping cost is £4.00.

DISPATCH AND DELAYS

We dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of ordering with the exception of during busy periods of the year where it could take a little longer. Please try to order slightly earlier to ensure your order reaches you when required.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

iTz Jewellery only accepts returns under the following circumstances:

If the item is received damaged or defected. The item should not have been worn and be in its original unused state.

In both of the above instances please contact us for instructions.

All returns should be reported asap but no later than 14 days after ordering.

If you do not receive an item and it appears to be lost in the post please get in touch.

We may modify these terms and conditions at anytime and will display them on our website. These changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose before these changes were made.
